Domestic Orders

All domestic orders ship via USPS within 2–3 business days of purchase. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

International Orders

International orders ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 7 business days, subject to customs clearance and carrier delays. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Shipment Insurance

Every order ships fully insured. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation. Coolkicks is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit; however, all shipments are insured to ensure you are covered when filing a claim with the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Coolkicks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
