All sales are final. ShopCoolKicks does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where a documented error was made on our part.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through ShopCoolKicks are final. We do not process returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, change of mind, or items not meeting personal expectations. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pre-Owned & Vintage Footwear

All pre-owned items are sold as-is and are not in deadstock condition. Item condition is noted in each product listing and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

For older or vintage footwear, we do not guarantee wearability. Aged materials may be subject to natural deterioration, sole separation, or other wear-related changes over time. ShopCoolKicks is not responsible for any condition changes or damage that occur after purchase.

Exceptions

If you received an item that was incorrectly fulfilled — meaning the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part — please contact us at info@shopcoolkicks.com within three (3) days of delivery. Include your order number, date of purchase, and photographs of the item received. ShopCoolKicks reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a refund or replacement is warranted.
